A career built on service and leadership

Frank M. Wirth brings a rare combination of law enforcement, executive technology leadership, crisis response, and community education to the stage. His professional career includes more than 23 years in law enforcement and over 20 years leading information technology organizations.

Frank began his law enforcement career with the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office in 1992. His assignments included detention, court security, patrol, field training, explosives-detection K-9 operations, and service as an FBI-certified Hazardous Devices Technician. He responded during the aftermath of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and later deployed to Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, during the Hurricane Katrina response in 2005.

His public-safety service has been recognized with the Medal of Valor, Lifesaving Award, and State Recognition Award.

Frank later spent more than 20 years in banking technology, advancing to Vice President and Director of Information Technology. His responsibilities included enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, budgeting, strategic planning, and technology governance.

He subsequently served as Director of End User Support for the State of Oklahoma, leading statewide technology operations, major deployments, executive escalations, customer service, device lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives across numerous state agencies.

Today, Frank combines those experiences in presentations designed to help organizations and communities understand leadership, crisis decision-making, fraud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology change, and personal safety.
